Celebrities are always under the scrutiny of the public eye and have to watch their weight in order to continue to sustain their physical appeal. They have their own dieting secrets that they say works for them.

Weight Loss  

Angelina Jolie eats a lot during the day but she will not eat anything that will weigh her down. Along with switching to soymilk her dinners usually consist of Sea bass, steamed beef and vegetables.

Rock n roll legend Bryan Adams' breakfast usually consists mainly of fruit. He does not usually eat anything else until lunch. When he gets the munchies he usually snacks on sunflower seeds.

Claudia Schiffer usually eats a lot of fruit before noon. Her dinner will usually consist mainly of salad and steamed vegetables. Some of the snacks she enjoys include tomato juice, black grapes and herbal tea.

Ashley Judd maintains her great figure by committing to a heavy vegetable diet and staying away from dairy foods. An example of what she eats for breakfast may include cereal with soy milk accompanied by a cup of hot water with lemon.

Christie Brinkley lives a very healthy lifestyle, eating a lot of fish and avoiding all other meats. When she gets a craving for something sweet she snacks on sweet potatoes. She does not keep any junk foods in the house.

Demi Moore cleanses her system by drinking herbal teas and taking vitamins. She also eats three bowls of bran cereal a day as part of her commitment to maintaining better health.
